Mike’s journey continued through a rigorous four-year apprenticeship, culminating in his certification as a Journeyman Carpenter in New Jersey. By the early 90s, Mike observed a recurring challenge in his projects — water-related issues in basements and crawl spaces due to varying sub-surface materials and external environmental changes.
